Pre-fabricated Brick Arches And Brickwork Panels

Southern Brick & Tile offer the way to construct perfect arches and panels which are very easy to use on site.

Our brick arch and panel system offers an extremely lightweight and cost effective method of constructing the most complex of arches and brickwork detailing. It is all delivered to site pre fabricated on a lightweight backing panel and can easily be lifted in to place.

A 215mm high arch weighs approximately 15 Kilograms per metre span. This means that an arch of 1200mm opening will be 18 kilograms, not exceeding the current regulations for a one man lift on site.

The arches and panels are constructed using an 80mm lightweight insulated building panel with 20mm brick slips bonded to the surface. The backing panel consists of an insulation PU foam which is injected between two 8mm skins of cement bonded structural board.

Full take off and scheduling service is provided free of charge. For arches a window and door schedule is advisable for accuracy.
